Location:
This hotel is located right by a large golden sandy beach, 8 km from the airport and 15 km from Puerto del Rosario. It is surrounded by two 18-hole golf courses and a commercial centre with restaurants, boutiques and a multiplex cinema with entertainment options.

Facilities:
Opened in 2006, this hotel offers 266 rooms spread over 5 floors, of which 215 are double rooms and 51 are suites. It features a 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange service, lift access, kiosk, a hairdressing salon, 4 restaurants, 3 bars, a games room and a supervised club for children, among other facilities. Conference facilities, Internet access, room service, a kid’s club, playground, garage and parking are all also offered.

Rooms:
The luxury rooms and suites come equipped with an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, vanity mirror and bathtub and separate shower. They also offer a direct dial telephone, interactive satellite TV, WLAN, minibar, facilities for coffee and tea, individual air conditioning, a safe, ceiling fan, and a balcony or terrace. All rooms come with the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper king-size bed and offer a sea view.

Sports/Entertainment:
The hotel offers outdoor swimming pools, including 3 for adults (one of which is heated) and one for children, as well as a poolside snack bar. There is a supervised club for children, ‘Yambaland’, a games room, a tennis court, beach volley ball, archery and minigolf. There is also a Thalasso spa centre (1,000 m²) featuring an indoor pool with therapeutic jets, hydrothermal circuit, sauna, Turkish bath, Roman thermal baths, hydro-therapy showers and a footbath. Guests may enjoy the vitality swimming pool, relaxation room, gym and several cabins where beauty and massage treatments are carried out. There is live piano music and occasional live night-time shows for adults as well as daytime shows for children (depending on season).

Meals:
Breakfast and dinner are offered as a buffet. Lunch is offered as a buffet depending on the season. Show cooking also features. Guests can choose between the buffet restaurant Los Arcos, the informal Veranda restaurant which serves Mediterranean cuisine, the Faro restaurant which serves traditional meat and fish, and the Pan-Asian restaurant Wok-N-Zen. There is also a piano lobby bar, the Someplace Else bar and the Zubajuice bar.
